Effort would cap the noise level on motorcycle exhaust systems at 84 decibels, the level recommended by the EPA.

Hence the reason my exhaust is so quiet. I am a law abiding citizen! TP / LTA / ROV, pls go catch the cub kia and scramblers. Stock HD is damn noisy....but approved.
