Cameron Highlands - 1,400km
Some pics to share. It’s really a wonderful ride especially to Cameron with the long winding road up and down and of course the cool weather. This trip is going to be a very memorable one as we rode in the rain, a heavy rain I mean plus being splashed with muddy water by other motorist and we were forced to stop by the roadside stalls selling fruits, mainly …. Watermelon! More interesting is we were caught in a serious traffic jam due to flooding at one of the road junction. Instead of waiting for the water to subside, all of us decided to ride thru it. Boom…. Boom…. And all of us get thru it! Awesome!

Stupid Trader, Play Safe
Slides Click Here
Let your emotions inspire you, not ruin you. This was one of the first thoughts that came to my mind as I was listening to Illusion telling us the road to his successful career and life. Having said that, I looked behind me and saw hundreds audiences mesmerised with his speech.
Stupid Trader, Play Safe was launched @ Pan Pacific Hotel yesterday and The LiFestyle Xtravaganza event had sports cars lined up the main entrances of the hotel together with our famous glories. President, Secretary and myself were there to show our support even though weather was against us. Joe Augustine was there as the master of ceremony and there was also professional ballroom dancers whom I wish were hotter :)
Be it Forex traders or bikers, we have learned that you can't just keeping doing the same exact thing, but that new ideas and exciting methods are what gets the ball rolling again. The club has found itself to a higher level with media attention from such event rides. Together we grow and we will grow old together.
Illusion has said this many times on Saturday and I will try to mimick him. "Illusion where are you? Could you please stand up. Ladies and Gentlemen, could we please give a round of applause for Mr Illusion for his contribution to SCMC"
Quote from the blurb on the back cover...
"Stupid Trader, Play Safe! does not mince words when it comes to being disciplined about emotional management. Straight-talkingtells it as he sees it - in FOREX trading, the real barrier between a trader and the wealth he deserves is himself. While systems and money management habits can be learned, the long term challenge for any trader - be it a new or a seasoned trader - is emotional management. Stupid Trader, Play Safe! challenges readers to change their mindset about FOREX. Only then can FOREX traders maximise their potentional to profit from FOREX, the largest financial market in the world."
Enjoy

Flash @ Sepang
Dear all
My post since that fateful day at Sepang. However without lesson without experience.
It was a long drawn out ambition to go on the track after so many years of touring and always having the innate fear of not being 100% in control of the bike. I would say the level of confidence in handling the bike is two fold!!
However this does not mean that the ability is up two fold!!??! But I must say that in my three days of experience in Sepang,....
A. What a blast!! The smell, the taste of speed, and the absolute experience of a world class location is simply unbelievable.
B. The sudden knowledge that you have NO knowledge is truly humbling. There are so many seasoned riders with so much experience and technical knowledge to learn from.
C. Thinking you are slower simply because you are riding at a slower speed simply masks the fact that your technique is wrong!! Bike setup is not optimized and the fact that a well setup bike will just leave you standing...:((
D. The nightmare of falling especially a HIGHSIDE simply was always there but actually experiencing it was also another thrilling experience. Thank God nothing was broken:))). A duck broken means next time hopefully no more.
To cap it off, thought of coming home with clean knee sliders instead came back with more than one thing scratched. :))) check out the pics.

Club Night

Have you ever thought, "I wish I had more time to ride"? Have you ever settled for a "long" ride instead of one that was memorable? If so, you ain't no SCMC!
Great turnout today as promised by our brothers. We met up at 7ish, sorry for the wait. Headed to Burrosah Street near Arab Street for dinner. We had Naan, Mutton & Chicken Masala, and "Don't Mess With The Zohan" special hummus!
The ride went on around Singapore and it was long ago since I had so much fun with the brother(s).
As usual the jokes never end till we started to discuss about 7th May GE. I am never a follower of politics but was shock when my iexplore homepage show me this. Why would I mind if house prices drop? Steady bom bi bi man.
Aljunied voters will regret choosing WP: MM Lee
Check out the comments too.
Kudos to Illusion for his first RB duty! He was a little stress about leading the pack and learnt to appreciate the hardship organisers go through each week.
Next week is Sunday Overseas Ride, please contact Flash for more details. Wooooohooo
